Laboratory

   Our in-hospital laboratory conveniently located with ready access to exam rooms, treatment room and the reception desk, allows the staff to perform many of the  lab procedures needed for routine workups as well as emergency situations.  In our lab we can perform fecal exams, urinalysis, complete blood counts, routine blood chemistry tests, heartworm tests, feline leukemia tests, allergy screening and microscopic cytology. 
     Our lab also processes samples that are picked up daily and sent to the Marshfield Clinic Lab which is able of performing literally hundreds of types of diagnostic tests, for which results are reported to us by fax usually by the next morning.  By using the the combination of our in-hospital lab and the Marshfield Lab, we have the capability to diagnose a wide range of conditions in a timely manner.
